Can’t wait to hear the record Jeff – sorry we couldn’t work out that hit on the Velvet. I’ll look forward to hearing your organ skank on that one track…I briefly played melodica in a reggae band in Atlanta…!
Yeah, that was a bummer, because I have a feeling this band is going to be a ton of fun live.
Hopefully the organ track was judiciously edited. 😉 I hear that it was, although I haven’t heard mixes yet.
I’ll be back in Chicago in June with my quartet from NOLA, and then again in September for a Lucky 7s CD release show at the Brain on the 6th. Maybe you could push Hamid for a Bindu 3 gig at the Velvet sometime that weekend. Hint, hint.
